Skill Development & Empowerment
Economic independence begins with the right skills. Our NGO runs structured training programs to empower the youth and women — especially from Scheduled Castes and disadvantaged communities — with skills that enable self-employment.
Key Initiatives:
Conducted 4-month free sewing training for 20 SC children under the support of Uttarakhand Multipurpose Finance and Development Corporation Ltd.
Encouraging women and girls to participate in tailoring courses for economic empowerment.
Providing certificates, sewing kits, and guidance post-training to help them set up home-based work.
Planning future training in embroidery, handicrafts, computer literacy, and other income-generating skills.
Impact:
Each trained youth becomes a self-reliant contributor to their family’s income. Our mission is to create an economically empowered generation that thrives with dignity.
